An opportunity was recognized to provide immediate and powerful value to customers by offering financing directly to their businesses inside of their existing workflows.
Teaming with a third-party FinTech company, the Invoice Financing offering was built to integrate into the existing user experience, utilizing data and account setups from the FinTech partner.

Technical requirements around user accounts, and connecting to FinTech technologies via API made it extremely important to diagram multiple user flows both to document the user experience and aid in development.
Multiple user flows were required to account for existing customers and new customers who were signing up for the first time
Wireframes

Working within an already established design system and with existing components, the design phase of this particular project could jump straight into high-fidelity mockups.
Hi-fi screen designs were presented in a user flow fashion to provide a clear birds-eye view of the user experience processes. This aided both in communicating with product stakeholders and aligning with development teams to provide a clear understanding of the end-to-end flows.
Final Designs​
After the sign up process, customers had unique experiences.
Admin level users had the ability to grant permission to other users in the company to make financing requests.
Admin level users and those granted permissions had access to the financing options as related to their current invoices.
